Huis der Zotheid celebrated its reopening at C3-Studios in March 2025. My sincere thanks to Kamiel Verschuren for the invitation to join this journey. C3-Studios is more than a workspace—it is a vision of how artists and creators can actively enrich and transform their local community.
2025 was the year we laid the foundation for what this bookshop and cultural podium can become. Huis der Zotheid is not just a place to buy books; it is a space to experience art in all its forms.
Our mission is simple: to create a welcoming environment where literature, art, and music intersect, inspiring both reflection and connection. We hope to foster a sense of belonging where everyone can explore new ideas, discover emerging talent, and feel part of a dynamic cultural community.
During this past year, we hosted 8 exhibitions featuring a total of 27 artists. I want to thank all the artists who exhibited here for their passion and dedication; without them, the soul of Huis der Folly would not exist. Thank you!
For 2026, we aim to grow our program with four music events, various workshops, and more artist talks.
